Responsibilities:

Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets and other relevant locations to ensure product presence and visibility. Build and maintain strong working relationships with store management and staff to facilitate smooth merchandising operations. Ensure products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and rotated according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. Collaborate with store personnel to replenish on-shelf stock and manage product inventory levels efficiently. Support and coordinate promotional displays and in-store activations. Support product sampling initiatives and live demonstrations to engage customers and promote food-related items. Provide excellent customer service by answering product inquiries, offering recommendations, and addressing issues promptly at store level. Observe and report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts for strategic insights. Gather and relay customer feedback to the management and product development teams. Submit regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, display conditions, and any issues or opportunities identified. Participate in stock management and ensure product displays are attractive, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines. Perform other ad-hoc or related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Proven working experience in merchandising for at least 3 years Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills Preferred to have basic food hygiene certificate
