Responsibilities: Merchandising

• B2B wholesale global sourcing and supply chain management.
• Merchandising selection
• Develop and execute merchandising and marketing strategies to maximize sales.
• Maintain brand's identity and essence
• Ensure appropriate and effective merchandising standards are maintained at all times
• Maintain high profitability and growth of brands through accurate successful planning and merchandising.
• Identify market potential and growth for the brand
• Product category: Fashion, Beauty, Cool designer products, Mum & Kids productsSourcing
• Involve in the analysis of B2B marketplace, competitors to develop strategic sourcing strategy and business goal for the company
• Track and review purchases, growth; manage vendor relationships
• Develop new innovations pipeline by finding new vendors/sources globally
• Grow exclusive brands portfolio for international markets
• Effective and kept up to date with market trends, price, customer service competitiveness and regulatory change
• Negotiating cost and termsRequirement
• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Retail Management/Marketing or other relevant disciplines. Minimum experience of three years preferred
• Experience in global buying and sourcing in Europe, US and China.
• Understands market demands & trends and experience in leading product innovation
• Strong interest of Fashion, Beauty and lifestyle products.
• Consumer Centric. Independent, resourceful and possess good sourcing abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong experience in supplier development
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise
