Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support both our Merchandising and Communications functions. This role offers hands-on experience in business operations, product management, sales analysis, media relations, and brand storytelling within a dynamic luxury environment.

Job responsibilities

Merchandising

Assist with daily sales and market reports, and provide analysis to support business growth Collaborate with stores to meet sales targets and gather product feedback for new launches Support the coordination and logistics of in-person events, product launches, and CRM activities Act as a liaison between stores, regional teams, and cross-functional partners Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising alignment, and supply chain coordination

Communications

Monitor media coverage, compile press reports, and support the preparation and distribution of press materials Manage sample inventory, press room upkeep, and product tracking for media needs Organize and maintain media assets, support content creation for social media, newsletters, and internal communications Provide administrative support, including budgeting, invoicing, and vendor coordination ###

Must be able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship, from January to June 2026.


Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with Power BI and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a keen eye for detail and luxury brand aesthetics
