Job Description

The role aims to assist East Asia Pacific (EAP) Regional Merchandising functions with Master Product Data management, system maintenance and samples management.Key Responsibilities70% Administrative Support to EAP Merchandising Teams, including:System Maintenance:Data entry and system activation to enable downstream processing.Ensure key merchandising system requests are communicated to global partners.Sample Management:Manage the master sample list and track prototypes, commercial, and ad samples.Handle CS/AD Sample PO in SAP and oversee rotation schedules, logistics, and coordination of samples with other markets.Manage temp staff for sample sorting and tagging, as well as warehouse inventory for storage and sample sales logistics.Coordinate and execute in-office product displays.30% Miscellaneous Support for Merchandising and Buying, including:EAP analytics: generating reports consolidating data for all EAP marketsAssortment Tools: Assist the merchandising team by consolidating and regularly updating key seasonal information.Presentation Tools: Help create presentations and documents for key meetings using various tools.Cross-Functional Support: Assist with cross-functional activities involving Brand Environment and Marketing.Participate in supporting operations and coordination for key milestone meetings.Key ResultsData entry and system activation are performed promptly, ensuring smooth downstream processes in marketsGTM deliverables are on track, optimized & effectively communicated.Samples are received on time, tracked and dispatched according to markets needsProfileProficient in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proactive and self-motivated.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic work environment.LOCATION Singapore 138589FULL TIME/PART TIME Full time
