This role focuses on the ShopBack Financial Services SME portfolio across Singapore & Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Engagement : Work directly with growth lead to ideate, create and optimize content to educate and engage merchants to better understand our platform and maximize sales through our existing campaigns at scale.
• Documentation : Maintain records of merchant interactions, feedback and progress to ensure effective communication with team
• Data Analysis : Analyze data related to merchant performance and identity opportunity for growth and optimization. Present findings to the team.
• Market Research : Support with market research to identify key trends.

• Able to commit full time, for 6 months (Preferably)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and able to solve problem independently
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Bachelor\'s degree or relevant discipline preferred
• Open to local university students, diploma holders, and fresh graduates.
