We are looking for a talented individual to join our Merchants Sales Operations team to help support operations within the sales organization. The team is responsible for supporting our sales representatives and merchant partners and is critical in ensuring our merchant partners are able to kickstart their partnership with Grab.
The day-to-day activities:
Process online applications and onboard merchants unto GrabFood and GrabMart
Liaise with merchants from a diverse range of establishments to resolve queries regarding onboarding of new brands/outlets.
Verifying contracts and acquire necessary documents for merchant onboarding
Handle day-to-day merchant queries (commercial & operational) and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding and post-onboarding process
Responsible to assist the Sales team in maintaining proper contracting process
The Must Haves:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Years of experience: 0 - 2 years
F&B, Retail or E-commerce administrative background is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
Meticulous, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint)
A team player but also able to work independently
Self-driven, motivated and entrepreneurial; ability to own outcomes and make things happen
Upbeat and passionate about making an impact on the business and stakeholders.
Accountable and responsible in discharging duties
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Contract: 12 months (view to extension and permanent based on performance)
