Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Evaluate employee performance. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Coordinate all site and project matter with client, maincon, subcon, vendors, and any related party. Plan manpower, tools, material, machinery, hoisting equipment, access, and necessary safety provision. Assign tasks to construction each worker and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers Able to work OT if needed Must be responsible Must able to travel to different site when needed Relevant certification for this position 3 years experience above * Immediate Hire If Successfully Selected
