Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Product Control Manager for Metals will develop and implement the global strategy for delivery, specialization and differentiation of trade product control services to support the businesses on trade reporting, process and controls, data and analytics, and derivatives commodity compliance. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to lead the design of group level trade product control standard services catalog to support trading, including applying differentiated service model, evaluating and approving all exceptions to the standard design and providing expertise on technology solutions and data integrity.
Key Accountabilities
Partner with the leadership team to lead the defined Metals group trade product control strategy in alignment with global strategy, providing expertise to develop the global vision for services delivery, define and govern the service catalog and develop a differentiated service strategy.
Execute the Metals group trade product control strategy driving continuous improvement, advising to develop key metrics and measurement for trade product control process effectiveness, evaluate the performance and controls, and leverage internal and external industry best practices.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify and handle impacts of the implementation of trading and risk management vision, growth strategies and the people, process, data and technology strategy.
Build and manage a high performing team responsible for daily position and P&L reporting, including review and analysis of the results and reporting of variances to management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting risk positions to stakeholders, including traders, risk management, and finance teams, and working with trading desks to provide insight into P&L and risk positions, and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that positions are correctly reflected in systems
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with the leadership team to build the key capabilities needed to execute against vision, perform gap analysis and drive talent capability growth or acquisition for current and future needs.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
In depth expertise in trade product control
Proven experience in trade product control or adjacent function in a trading environment
Proven developer and leader of talent
Strong business partnering skills
Experience in leading and driving continuous improvement and best practices
Minimum of five years of related work experience
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Broad knowledge in building and improving the company\'s trading and risk management eco-system
In depth knowledge to leverage technology in operational, reporting and analysis processes
Experience in change management and/or building or transforming team
Proficiency in financial reporting tools, Excel/VBA or other programming skills is a plus
