What the role is:NAC's Marketing & Audience Development department advocates for and amplifies the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts. You will work closely with the whole Council and its parent Ministry to provide strategic counsel and support in the areas of marketing communications, highlighting the Council's role as champion of the arts. You will also work with departments within the Council and with external stakeholders to initiate, implement and manage marketing communications initiatives which are aligned with NAC's mission, vision and strategic thrusts.Your role includes the following areas:Develop, build and implement initiatives and campaigns for Catch and related products to grow arts audience attendance and participation, as well as advocate for the appreciation of the value of the artsDevelop, implement and manage CRM programme to build loyalty and enhance audience relationshipsPlan and implement holistic and sustainable 360-degree integrated marketing communications strategies and campaigns to attract, sustain and retain diverse audience segmentsWork on branding, creative campaigns and messaging to ensure strong and consistent brand positioning for the Council and its programmes, projects and initiativesAnalyse audience data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth to support and advance the Council's workMonitor, report and establish best practices on audience metrics and performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics to ensure alignment with KPIsProvide strategic counsel to designated accounts in the areas of branding, marketing campaign management and administrative protocols, so that department officers are well-advised and equipped in programme/project implementationIdentify and leverage marketing opportunities through partnershipsManage the marketing budget effectivelyMaintain strong relationships with internal (sector leads, statutory boards, ministry, etc.) and external stakeholders (creative and marketing agencies, media buying agencies, marketing partners, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in corporate, digital and marketing communications, with experience in branding and arts marketing are desirableStrong organisational and project management and management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in data analysis and CRM toolsExperience with digital marketing platforms and social media managementGood networking capabilitiesKnowledge and passion for the local arts and culture sceneApplicants who require work passes need not applyAbout National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
