The role is to lead, drive and execute projects for digital onboarding across OCBC\xe2\x80\x99s consumer banking franchise. Roles and Responsibilities
Drive digital sales and customer onboarding projects for mobile banking and internet banking.
Lead the National Digital Identity (NDI) adoption, initiatives, and integration for consumer finance group to enable more banking services with NDI.
Visualizing journeys, advocating the use of the latest identification and verification technology, and maximise opportunities to simplify and digitize the onboarding experience for our customers
Managing and working closely with all stake holders including internal Business Units, Regulators, FinTech and GovTech partners and lead the roll out plans and implementation activities over a solid collaboration.
Collaborate and work closely with Product Managers, CX, T&O and partners to develop user requirements and business models. Ensure a smooth roll out of the key initiatives in the digital roadmap.
Set the direction, design, and vision for a seamless digital onboarding journey for consumer finance customers. Evaluate solutions proposed by IT, vendors, partners and raise business papers and appropriate recommendations.
Lead the project delivery and integration with state- of- the art identity verifications and KYC solutions to bring a seamless, safe, and a modern digital way of onboarding customers for both Onshore and Offshore clients.
Ensure smooth rollout of projects, complete pre- and post-implementation activities and work closely with IT/Ops, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance team to overcome implementation hurdles to launch new ways of onboarding using new technology and capabilities.
Qualifications Job Qualifications
Posses\xe2\x80\x99 university degree with 6-8 years of Banking/Finance industry
Familiar with consumer trends in Internet/Mobile technologies and agile development. Excellent presentation skills and use of office Xcel, Power point, Confluence and JIRA.
Familiar with cutting edge financial technology solutions in particular the use of identity and biometric verifications for Financial use cases.
Good knowledge in retail banking products and good team player who can work independently.
Hands on experience in developing user requirements, business analysis and oversee user testing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external parties and work well under tight timelines
Proven experience in online/mobile banking product development and project management
