Job descriptions
- Assist and provide support to supervisor on various projects across all areas of Facilities.
- Liaise with external vendors for event supplies
- Facilitate and ensure smooth holding of events and interact with external parties i.e. clients
- Provide support in documentations or report tabulation and analysis, work schedules and make necessary arrangements on execution of these projects.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary education, diploma or degree in relevant field
- Ability to commit for a period of 6 months or more
- Possess good communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and is a good team player
- Versatile in learning
