Job Description

Our client is an established company specialising in Biomedical and Manufacturing. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Microbiologist to support the growth. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

The Responsibles of Microbiologist are:

Execute microbiological tests following established SOPs, aligned with relevant standards and regulatory mandates. Provide supervision to QC Technicians, guiding them through microbiological testing processes. Maintain a ready supply of lab materials to facilitate uninterrupted testing. Lead laboratory investigations for out-of-specification results and environmental monitoring findings. Collaborate with process owners to determine root causes and implement corrective/preventive measures. Ensure proper validation of equipment and testing methods to sustain accuracy. Offer support in aseptic processes and validation activities associated with sterilization. Update SOPs to align with evolving standards and regulatory requisites. Facilitate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory inspections. Innovate and automate testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee and guide the production and engineering teams to maintain high hygiene standards and avert microbial contamination.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Life Science or related field At least 3 years relevant experience in Micro Lab
