Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. The role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.





The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) platforms Translate business needs into technical architecture using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure services Lead technical discovery workshops and contribute to project scoping and planning Design integration strategies with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, Service Bus, or middleware platforms Develop and enforce architecture governance, coding standards, and security policies Collaborate with technical leads and development teams to ensure solutions adhere to best practices in performance, scalability, and security Provide architectural leadership across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment Support cloud infrastructure architecture including environments, backups, disaster recovery, and access control Oversee migration strategies (on-prem to cloud or legacy CRM to Dynamics 365) Advise on licensing, environment strategy, DevOps pipelines, and release management Serve as SME and mentor to project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture with 6+ years in Dynamics 365 In-depth experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service) or F&O (Finance, SCM, HR)modules Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) Strong background in .NET, C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and plugin development Deep understanding of Azure architecture, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Blob Storage Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps Familiarity with modern authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID), and identity integrations (Azure AD, B2C) Strong knowledge of data modeling, performance tuning, and secure application design Excellent client-facing and communication skills; ability to bridge technical and business discussions

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (strongly preferred) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred for cloud-native solutions)
