Job Summary:

We are seeking a Microsoft Services Development Manager to lead the design, development, and administration of Microsoft 365 solutions--primarily SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, and OneDrive. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, delivering scalable solutions, automating processes, and ensuring a secure, well-governed M365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Development

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Microsoft 365 solutions. Design and implement architecture for SharePoint Online/On-Prem, Teams, OneDrive, and related services. Build and customize solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Designer. Develop automated workflows and user-friendly forms for business process optimization. Integrate Microsoft 365 with enterprise tools (e.g., CRM, ERP) and third-party applications.

Administration & Governance

Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, and content structures. Implement security protocols, access controls, and compliance policies across M365. Define and enforce best practices for content management, branding, and user experience. Monitor and configure M365 features to support business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with SharePoint (Online/On-Prem), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 administration. Strong understanding of workflow automation, site architecture, and user permissions. Experience integrating M365 with other systems (CRM, ERP, APIs). Ability to communicate with stakeholders and lead solution delivery from concept to deployment. Background in scripting/custom development (JavaScript, .NET, SPFx) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, M365) Experience in enterprise IT environments or digital transformation projects Leadership or project ownership experience
