We are looking for a \'T-Shaped\' Designer. (Meaning deep mastery of a select design skill but also have the skills needed for research, storytelling, and animation/ motion graphics and also be a graphic design.) If you have the rare combination of both creative muscles and an analytical mind, then you should be on our team.

Who are we looking for? We are in search of a top-notch Animator / Graphic Designer who can create appealing visual stories for a roster of world-leading fintech clients through spot-on infographics, gripping animation, or eye-catching illustrations. We need someone who is able to gain a deep understanding of clients and their products, and transform what clients want to say into extraordinary visuals that grab attention and bring clarity to complexity.

• You\xe2\x80\x99re able to see a crystal-clear picture of the client\xe2\x80\x99s business needs and requirements, and use that to build
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, discuss and understand design needs and project objectives.
• Plan design concepts with analytical skill and not just creativity.
• Establish creative direction of the project (within the brand guidelines), and contribute unique ideas within meetings, and set goals, and present the final designs, use cases, etc.
• You love researching current trends and an interested user-centred design best practices.
• You create \xe2\x80\x98top in class\xe2\x80\x99 visual designs, and also troubleshoot the visual aspects the project.
• Happy to work independently and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Excel in producing digital designs for (included but not limited to) design documentation, infographics, and presentations, animation or motion graphics,

• You have a degree/diploma in Communiaction Design / Motion Graphics
• Good mastery of Adobe Creative Suite for animation work (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Vector Illustration abilities for 2D Graphics
• A basic knowledge of Microsoft software, especially PowerPoint
