• Monthly closing data compilation and analysis, monthly base
• Preparation of income and expenditure forecast (quarterly)
• Creation of internal reports (Japanese)

\xe2\x9c\x93 Credit management

• KYC support
• Credit confirmation

\xe2\x9c\x93 Deposit and withdrawal work

• Approval of accounts receivable and payable
• USD payment confirmation

\xe2\x9c\x93 Registration work with banks\xe2\x9c\x93 Government agency support

• Response to various surveys ( Statistics, MPA etc)
• Transactions with IRAS
• Confirmation with Deloitte

\xe2\x9c\x93 Audit support

• Support for inquiries from accounting companies in Singapore and Japan

\xe2\x9c\x93Business management

• Regulation/ internal rules/ guideline management, updates, and notifications
• Contract management
• General internal confirmation work (contracts, LOI, etc.)
• All documents management

\xe2\x9c\x93 Insurance

• Arrangement of Marine insurance
• Checking warranty details and costs with the HQ

\xe2\x9c\x93 Handling for Tax Agent, Secretary company\xe2\x9c\x93Other

• Branch manager work support (instructions on an ongoing basis)
• Data entry
• General affairs (hotel reservations for business travelers, Support of appointment etc.)
• General correspondence with the head Quarter in Tokyo

Requirements:

• Accounting experience more than 3 years
• Japanese speaking and writing skill, N2 or more is a plus (to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders)
