Middle Office Swaps Analyst - Leading Energy Trading Company

With Singapore serving as its APAC headquarters specialising in energy, they are looking for a swaps analyst to be part of the dynamic team to work at the forefront of the industry.RoleReporting to the Head of Middle Office (Derivatives Operations), the Swaps analyst will include ensuring the accuracy and completeness of daily trade reconciliations. He/ She will issue trade confirmations promptly and manage the issuance and payments of invoices for counterparties. Additionally, He/ She will oversee the process of emissions physical delivery where applicable. Collaboration is key, as this role will be coordinating with various departments across the organization to facilitate smooth operations. He/ She will uphold compliance with regulators, and address queries/issues raised by brokers and exchanges in a timely manner. He/ She will also be in charge of monitoring credit risk exposure and manage margin calls effectively to mitigate risks.RequirementsThe successful candidate will be a degree holder in Mathematical / Finance / Business discipline, with at least 2 years\' work experience in a commodities trading or financial services environment. You will be described as highly analytical, a solutions provider with a keen eye for detail.
