• Perform WebLogic system administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, problem resolution, system security and change implementation.
• WebLogic installation, configuration, load balancing, deploying application and maintenance of server.
• Deploying the application from console, WLST and WebLogic deployer utility.
• JMS, JDBC, JTA, Node manager configurations.
• Plan, prepare and apply maintenance fixes and upgrades to WebLogic server software.
• SSL configurations to application server for secured communication.
• Troubleshoot the prod non prod issues.
• Troubleshoot the issues, provide the solutions, and document the action items for future reference.
• Proactively monitor the servers status, health check, application sanity check.
• Deploy, Administer, Support, and maintain middleware applications to enable communication between financial applications on diverse platforms with varying interfaces.
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of WebLogic environments.
• Assess and identify appropriate changes and make recommendations for implementation.
• Assist application support team with high level problem program debugging through heap and thread dump analysis.

• Degree holder in any related field.
• 5 - 10 years of minimum experience is preferred. Okay to have experience till 15 years.
• Self-initiative, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills
• Good command in written English.
