Morgan Mckinley is working in partnership with a leading bank currently looking for a 12 months contractor to join their team. This position reports into the Client review head.
Migration Advisor - Remediation Project/ Document Specialist
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication (Local language Proficiency where applicable)
- Prior Experience in managing external clients preferred
- Strong Analytical, problem solving, ideation and time management skills
- Should have good knowledge of working with Excel, MS Word
- Flexibility of working hours
- To ensure Client Communication is sent out timely in the agreed format as per the Implementation Procedures and Guidelines
- Ensure Follow Up to Clients and Escalations to stakeholders are sent out timely and as per the agreed procedure
- Ensure all internal reporting and matrixes are adhere to the on boarding/implementation governance
- To verify the GCAA on-boarding document as per the Checklist to ensure accuracy and maintain high level of operational risk controls
- To provide quality services to business partners and clients by addressing all documents/on boarding enquires and requests in a timely and effective manner
- To cooperate with project team to ensure smooth implementation of remediation project
- Attending conference calls before/after office hours may be required
