BRAND OVERVIEW The MindChamps PreSchool brand holds the #1 position in market share of premium range preschools in Singapore, with a market share of 38.5% [1] . Its growing global presence includes premium preschools & enrichment centres in Australia, the Philippines, Myanmar & Malaysia. DNC (Education) Pte Ltd is aggressively expanding our business in MindChamps Preschool, MindSpace After School Care and MindChamps Enrichment. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join and grow with our team.

ROLE OVERVIEW Reporting to the Enrichment Manager on marketing communications, branding and enrichment management, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role. This job involves:

• Marketing communications and branding strategy development and implementation

• Professionally & efficiently following up on leads and enquiries

• Engagement and management of teachers, management of class schedules & parents

• Administrative work related to the tasks and working cooperatively with all team members

• Provide high level Customer Service

• Handle other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Enrichment Manager
  

PART 2: JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Mass Communications, Business Management, Marketing or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the education industry is required

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin is preferred

• Experience in managing various kinds of social media is preferred

• Extensive office administration skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task

• Proactive and resourceful

• Outgoing personality and creative minded

• Must be willing to work weekends but enjoy flexible working hours during weekdays

• Hybrid working model
