Mixologist, Antidote Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Develop and update cocktail menus in line with latest industry trends Conduct ongoing R&D work on beverage offerings Work in close collaboration with Bar Manager/Outlet Chef on creative and innovative promotions as well as outlet positioning strategy. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines Drive hotel and outlet metrics as well as control beverage cost. Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents , costing and preparation methods Follow outlet policies, purchasing procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Develop training program for bar and service colleagues in collaboration with Bar Manager. Develop and execute bar repositioning strategy in close collaboration with Bar Manager/Outlet Chef. Engage and entertain industry Work closely with brands in order to enact promotions and secure sponsorship.
