• Create and curate an impressive cocktail menu, featuring unique and artfully crafted drinks
• Develop and refine recipes, incorporating seasonal and high-quality ingredients
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and overseeing inventory management
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and create bespoke cocktails
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Contribute to the development of training materials and standard operating procedures
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our establishment at industry events and competitions
• Use operational downtime to improve yourself and team members in all aspects of bartending, bar and beverage management

Requirements:You have:

• At least 4 years of experience as a mixologist or senior bartender in an upscale bar or restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques, flavor profiles, and cocktail history
• Strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of every drink served
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide a personalized and memorable experience for our guests
• Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry
