Formulate and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink orders to members and guests at the assigned bar area.
Mix drinks and ensure that the drinks, cocktails and other beverages in the bar are following club standard drink recipes.
Make recommendations for new beverage concepts.
Ensure that the bar area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Monitor inventory and make the necessary requisition to replenish bar stocks.
Train service crew and brief the service crews on the preparation method and the drinks list content.
Ensure that all bar equipment is in good working condition.
Conduct month-end inventory and ensure that all stocks are accounted for.
Attend and manage the members\xe2\x80\x99 complaints, requests and inquiries regarding the beverage and services.
Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Good knowledge and experience in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, garnishes, contents and preparation methods as well as knowing customer preferences.
Experienced in mixology and beverage innovation.
Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition.
A good team player with excellent service capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multi-ethnic teams.
Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
Able to work split shifts, on weekends and public holidays.
Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
Humble and willing to learn and share to grow together.
