  • Our Information & Cyber Security (ICS) team sits within the Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) function and is responsible for all mission-critical and enterprise-wide areas of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, global threat intelligence, data protection, malware protection, and application and infrastructure security. These are challenges that impact our clients globally.

  • The successful candidate will be part of the Portfolio Management & Analytics cluster within the ICS (Information Cyber Security) Portfolio Enablement hive. You will report to the Portfolio Management & Analytics Cluster Product Owner.
Regulatory and Business Conduct

  • Lead the ICS CASE Demand Management function to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
  • As Product Owner for Investments Operations, Assurance & Analytics", you will establish a streamlined team to drive the establishment of quality, accurate and consistent reporting using tools including Sharepoint, JIRA, Clarity and Confluence, Azure DevOps and Planview. You will work with the respective delivery teams and team leads to ensure all the records of the investment meet the quality requirements i.e. BIRD (Blockers/Impediments/Risks/Dependencies), Memo (Initiative RAG), JIRA (Epic level) and Clarity (Initiative level) data quality.
  • This enables the senior leaders to make the appropriate decisions / trade-offs should the need arise. You will inspire and lead continuous improvement of processes, tools and behaviours in your team.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 8 and more years of portfolio management experience;
  • 2 and more years on agile practices;
  • 5 and more years of people management experience.
  • Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is beneficial but not essential. Ways of Working and Product Owner training and coaching will be provided to the successful candidate.
  • Certification in industry wide change management frameworks such as PROSCI ADKAR is also a plus.
