The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

Support Global Credit Technology projects delivery starting with LoanIQ front-to-back delivery finance workstream end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of the loanIQ finance workstream initially and ensure quality, timely, compliant design deliveries; specifically - implying strong knowledge/expertise in the areas - data (trades, instruments, cash, events) feeds, cash, valuations, PNL, PNL explain and controls for loans and related products.
  • Ensure requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audiences - understandable and unambiguous.
  • Manage requirements from initiation to closure by working with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders, define Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed (RACI) matrix suitable for the project.
  • Lead discussion with the project team to identify actions and steps required to achieve business goals and needs.
  • Develop Business Requirement as JIRA backlog, establish traceability to business vision and objectives, act as primary SME for the project.
  • Perform Operational Risk Assessment and Business Impact Assessment if required as part of the project deliverable.
  • Plan, review, and / or deliver training, process updates or communications.
  • Review FSDs, User Acceptance Test (UAT) test cases; coordinate User Verification Test (UVT), Dress Rehearsal (DR) and Go-Live activities.
  • Obtain stakeholder buy-in and sign-off on business requirements.
  • Create sustainable business value through solution proposed and implemented by proactively suggesting process / system improvements.
  • Adhere to change management standards and procedures, including documenting and capturing all artefacts required by project governance.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Traders, Head of businesses, COO, Head of Functions, IT peers, IT management, Analytics teams
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in having exposure to global / multi country project implementations.
  • Experienced in delivering complex system to system interfaces, workflows, reports managing the full cycle: scope, specs, testing plan, SIT, UAT, UVT, delivery.
  • Ability to work under ambiguous business environments to provide clarity and facilitate discussions to reach consensus / business decisions.
  • A few years experience with a management / strategy consulting firm or banking focused on technology solutions implementations.
  • Experienced in articulating requirements / specification into functional diagrams (data flows, functional and system views).
  • Experience in gathering requirements and writing clear functional specifications / stories and getting them delivered.
  • Strong experience in project deliveries - Agile / Scrum but also familiar with SDLC and aware of limitations.
  • Understanding equities / credit / fixed income / derivatives front-to-back.
  • Strong regular communication / reporting to management on progress.
  • Experienced in managing and removing impediments.
  • Experience working with a globally-distributed team.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end change management.
  • Strong scope and accountability management.
  • Experience working across delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream data query languages, and MS Office suite, ADO, Confluence
  • Strong knowledge of API based design
