Working closely with the Head, Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) Communication & Engagement (C&E) and the Leads, TTO C&E, t his role will be part of a central team that reports to the TTO Chief of Staff, with an additional matrix reporting to the Global Head of TTO Communications, Change and Innovation.
The role will lead the TTO C&E Delivery team to provide centralised communications services in support of the TTO domains, and in alignment with the TTO communication strategy and approach.
The TTO C&E Delivery team will also act as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Content Development, Event Management, Channel Management and Creative Design. Additionally, the Lead, TTO C&E Delivery will be responsible for driving standardised communications processes and analytics for TTO C&E.
Strategy
Provide leadership and oversight to manage the TTO C&E Delivery team responsible for providing centralised communications services-in support of the broader TTO C&E team and TTO Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing (CABM).
Standardise and streamline communications processes across the TTO C&E team (for example: approvals processes, awards etc.) and ensure best practices are implemented.
Provide strategic and tactical communications advice and support to stakeholders; Head, TTO C&E; and TTO CABM.
Measure the success of communications using insights and analytics and adjust approach to meet organisational objectives.
Awareness and understanding of the Group\'s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
Business
Responsibly manage budgets and vendors as required for domain communication initiatives.
Proactively engage and work with internal stakeholders within Group, Business or Region domains for TTO.
Manage the overall prioritisation of tasks for the C&E Delivery team. This could include the following centralised communications services:
Content development for example: newsletters, thought leadership blogs, videos, podcasts, messaging documents and scripts, Q&A / FAQ materials, PowerPoint presentations, as well as messaging for executive platforms both internally (Town Halls) and externally (Speaking Engagements and Social Media) etc.
Event management for example: end to end management as well as tactical support such as setting up and sending event invitations and tracking attendance.
Channel Management for example: configure intranet pages / spaces and lay out content based on requirements, platform standards and brand guidelines. Publish and format pages, blog posts, videos and other documents for necessary internal channels. Additionally, update and maintain Distribution Lists.
Creative Design for example: design graphics and create videos as required to support domain strategic priorities and S25.

Lead a small team to support the delivery of internal and some external communication activities .
Manage workload and tasks to ensure capacity and that the team delivers on time and meets expectations.
Build a team culture that values collaboration and cross-team ways of working-a team with members that connect dots and think horizontally rather than within the team\'s vertical.
Ensure team members have internal communications channels best practices knowledge.
Provide effective supervision to team members to mitigate any risks.
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Risk Management
Identify, report, and escalate issues, risks, business intelligence to leadership.
Governance
Apply the corporate brand standards consistently across all online and creative services, ensuring compliance with CABM guidelines.
Ensure that tone of voice, messaging, and behaviours are aligned with the corporate narrative when we engage and communicate internally and externally.

Our Ideal Candidate \xc2\xb7 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal / executive communications and / or public relations experience within a major corporate \xc2\xb7 Experience in a Financial institution or Technology corporation setting and delivering proactive communications strategies \xc2\xb7 Senior level experience in giving counsel and guidance to executives, and you are credible with senior management \xc2\xb7 Ability to think through desired outcomes of communications strategies and tactics \xc2\xb7 Ability to identify potential reputation or culture risk from a function\'s strategies, programs, or communications, and to raise these concerns effectively \xc2\xb7 Experience in developing key messages for executives that will be delivered through various channels (i.e., External Speaking Engagements, Thought Leadership Blogs as well as social media etc.) \xc2\xb7 Exceptional content creation and writing skills and have a clear understanding of how Communications and business functions should work together \xc2\xb7 A professional qualification in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar streams of education Role Specific Technical Competencies
