The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile App Developer with a strong focus on

Flutter

to join this dynamic project team. You will be instrumental in building a robust, scalable, and user-centric mobile application from the ground up. Your primary responsibility will be to develop the front-end mobile experience and seamlessly integrate it with the client's backend content management and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile App Development:

Design, build, and test high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Flutter framework.

Backend Integration:

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to integrate the mobile app with backend CMS and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Identity Management).

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance on Flutter best practices, architecture, and state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod) to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our client's stakeholders, project managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.

Performance Optimization:

Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure the application delivers a smooth, responsive user experience.

Security & Compliance:

Implement secure coding practices, data encryption, and ensure compliance with the client's enterprise security policies.

DevOps & CI/CD:

Contribute to and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum of

3 years of professional experience

in mobile app development, with at least

1 years of hands-on experience with Flutter

. A proven track record of developing and launching at least two commercial Flutter applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Strong experience in integrating mobile apps with backend services via

RESTful APIs

, including authentication/authorization (e.g., OAuth2, JWT). Solid understanding of state management solutions in Flutter such as

Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod

. Experience with version control tools, specifically

Git

. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and client stakeholders.

Highly Desirable Skills

Experience integrating with headless Content Management Systems (CMS) Experience connecting mobile apps to enterprise systems Knowledge of native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin) for platform-specific integrations. Familiarity with automated testing (Unit, Widget, Integration) in Flutter. Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile apps * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
