Job Description


An opportunity is available for an experienced Mobile Game Product Manager (Product & Live Ops) to join our clientxe2x80x99s team in Singapore. This role is key to shaping the direction of mobile gaming experiences, driving player engagement, and leading monetization strategies within a dynamic and innovative environment.Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on market trends, user behaviours, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct P&L forecasting for our games and devise product strategy, collaborating closely with game designers to shape the player experience, gameplay mechanics, game statistics, and monetization strategies, aligning product goals with player expectations.
  • Spearhead overall attribution and tracking efforts, focusing on monetization and product-level metrics, collaborating with game designers to optimise player engagement and revenue.
  • Manage the UX/CX design process to enhance player experience.
  • Drive monetization planning efforts, optimising revenue streams while maintaining a positive player experience and fair monetization practices.
  • Lead QA and QC testing processes and Customer Support, ensuring high-quality gameplay experiences and timely resolution of player issues.
  • Manage publishing channels such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, overseeing ASO efforts and collaborating with Marketing to maximise game awareness and downloads.
  • Oversee localisation efforts to adapt games for international markets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of community building efforts and live-ops in collaboration with Marketing, including in-game events, tournaments, and community engagement activities.
  • Cultivate brand partnerships and IP collaborations in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Manage player base and balance player segments to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field/experience.
  • Proven experience in product management for mobile games, with a track record of successful project execution, community engagement, partner management, and live-ops.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of mobile game monetization, ASO best practices, localisation, community management, financial forecasting, and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player psychology, motivations, and cultural preferences.
