  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and certified pre-owned mobile devices by understanding their needs, recommending options, and explaining features and benefits.
  • Facilitate the buyback and trade-in process for used mobile devices, including appraising devices, explaining trade-in values, and processing transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Promote and sell value-added services such as extended warranties, insurance, and device protection plans.
  • Perform basic diagnostic checks on mobile devices to assess their condition and functionality.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Help with daily store operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, processing transactions, and adhering to company policies.
  • Be deployed to partnering retail stores, including established electronics chains and operator stores.
  • Stay flexible to support any business needs as they arise.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and the mobile phone market is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and become proficient in all aspects of the role, including sales, buybacks, diagnostics, and value-added services.
