Job Description

Review, align and develop fire sprinkler design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications & guidelines Prepare CAD drawings and Revit models for fire sprinkler construction, coordination and as-built purposes Monitor and update models/CAD drawings as per site conditions changes Ensure the models/drawings comply with specifications and company standards Ensure the proper indexing, filing, and storage of drawings Prepare documents and transmittal form for submissions Ensure construction documents, parameters and information are accurate for BIM modeling Ensure documents, models and CAD drawings comply with all site regulations and Singapore Laws and follow strictly our company policy and instructions from your superior or client Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirement

ITE / Diploma, preferred mechanical relevant 2 years of relevant working experience in building construction. Modelling/designing/drafting for mechanical/piping, fire sprinklers knowledge and experiences will be an added advantage. Able to work in fast paced environment. Meticulous, self-motivated, self-disciplined and team player. * Willing to work and take measurement at site.
