What the role is:As a MOE Kindergarten Teacher (with Signing Competencies), you will work with all children, with special focus on children diagnosed with Hearing Loss (HL). You will play a key role in providing our young with an enriched learning experience, nurturing their social skills and preparing them for lifelong learning. You will plan and deliver education programmes to foster holistic learning and development for the children and be involved in parent and community engagement.What you will be working on:

• Plan, organise and deliver the curriculum and programmes, including the programme for children diagnosed with Hearing Loss (HL) \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the development and implementation of teaching approaches and preparation of learning materials and resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide a conducive and positive learning environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure children\'s well-being and safety \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage parents and education partners, such as early intervention providers and therapists \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and document children\'s learning and growth

What we are looking for:

• Proficient in signing, such as Singapore Sign Language, Signing Exact English etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Commitment to the development and well-being of children. \xe2\x80\xa2 Dedication towards sparking curiosity and the joy of learning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Energetic personality and the ability to engage children. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication skills and good team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enthusiasm and creativity to nurture the next generation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in multi-tasking and organisational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Eager to learn and upgrade skills through professional development opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T); or an equivalent qualification.
