Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and attending to alarm signals \xef\xbb\xbf
- Provide technical support to customers issues
- Ensure that company standard operational procedures (SOP) are adhered to
- Able to commit work schedule for emergency & standby duties
- Responsible to attend customer feedback and resolution of problem

Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related working experience in Security / Fire Alarm Industry
- Willing to commit shift hours
