Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Responsibilities You will support the Design Standards Team in design policy matters, such as assisting to formulate design standards and requirements, gathering feedback from the project teams, conducting site surveys and interviews, documentation of design standards etc. You will be reporting to the Team lead, Design Standards. In this role, you will, \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct site surveys and interviews relating to architectural and mechanical & electrical (M&E) design of sport centres. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather and evaluate feedback from project teams and operations teams related to sport facilities design under construction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate data collected and assist in formulating design solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation and updating of design standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform daily administrative roles including assisting in monthly design reviews and weekly team meetings.What we are looking for:Job Requirements We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Architecture and M&E related disciplines. \xe2\x80\xa2 1 to 3 years working or research experience in built environment sector. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive, pro-active and good team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovative with high degree of creativity to think outside the box and come up with novel ideas and solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on and meticulous in his/her work and can deliver with tight deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to cope in fast moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication skill, good problem-solving mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion to work in sports industry. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
