Mortgage Specialist / Consultant (Fintech)

• Monday to Friday
• Optional Weekends work

Job Responsibilities:

• To convert leads from multiple inbound housing loan referral channels (e.g. through property agent partners, our sales renewals teams) to successful acceptances
• To provide expert advice/solutions in matching customer's needs to the various housing loan offerings.
• The successful candidate will provide independent and holistic solutions to meet client home ownership needs.
• To continue to build relationship with the client base acquired by providing excellent service to build customer loyalty and seek referrals to grow the business.
• Working closely with the Team Lead, Mortgages, to execute strategies and tactical campaigns, and all other such activities related to Fintech and Mortgage.

Job Requirements:

• A strong service mindset, sales-driven and a self-starter.
• A strong property agency network for mortgage sales referrals.
• A proven sales track record in a mortgage sales/brokerage-related role is an advantage
• Secured Loans experience / Proven track record in a sales and service-related industry is preferred.
• Effective influencing and communication skills.
• Outgoing and confident personality, able to think quickly on your feet and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
