The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for conceptualizing & creating moving images for digital platforms. Submission of a comprehensive video & motion design portfolio is a must to apply for this position.

Role Description:

• Conceptualize & create visual design for motion graphics, according to design brief requirements.

• Create style frame design (storyboarding) in sketches/illustration drawing.

• Post-editing of live-action footage & graphics sequence, with a flair in editing complex scenes/stories.

• Deliver media content that conforms to the specific standards for each media platform and applications. Proficient in rendering format/requirement.

• Assist in post-production management with stakeholders/crew.

• Develop e-learning/micro-learning digital media content that meets subject matter experts\xe2\x80\x99 objectives and requirement.

• Involve in live-production (podcast, on ground shooting, event)

• Assist and Support media & motion-related for graphic team

• Develop motion videos materials for real estate industry.
  

Design Management

• Communicate design brief with stakeholders & follow up closely on the deliverables.

• Support creative and agent team on motion and media related process
  

Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in Motion Graphics Design, Digital Media Design or equivalent

• Experience in editing live-action video and motion-graphics

• A flair in motion-design and possess good post-production management capability

• Proficient in using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop & Illustrator

• Some experience in using Cinema 4D, Figma, Blender will be advantageous

• Good design/project management skills with ability to multi-task, and manage design projects in a cross functional environment

• Prior experience working for video production house/projects/graphic design team would be an advantage (min requirements 2-3 years)

Education: You should possess a tertiary academic qualification in Graphic Design / Multimedia / related fields
