Collaborate with the Creative and production team to execute motion graphics projects.
Work with the team to develop treatments, storyboards, style frames, or animatics to visualize project ideas.
Utilize video software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail to ensure high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
Create animated elements for use across offline and online stages by other team members.
Build projects with adaptation in mind, maintaining clean layers for potential language versioning.
Assist the team in troubleshooting project challenges and address feedback from internal team and clients.
Self-manage small projects and collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project timelines, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.
Skills & Requirements:
Possession of a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Prior experience of 2+ years as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio of sample projects.
Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, with a plus for AE Scripting & 3D Softwares.
A keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Organized and able to prioritize work effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Proficiency in animation software.
Good knowledge of layouts, animation fundamentals, special effects, and typography.
Good to have:
Proficiency in English (Verbal & Writing) is required.
A decent command of both spoken and written Japanese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a plus.
