Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative and production team to execute motion graphics projects.
• Work with the team to develop treatments, storyboards, style frames, or animatics to visualize project ideas.
• Utilize video software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail to ensure high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
• Create animated elements for use across offline and online stages by other team members.
• Build projects with adaptation in mind, maintaining clean layers for potential language versioning.
• Assist the team in troubleshooting project challenges and address feedback from internal team and clients.
• Self-manage small projects and collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project timelines, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.

• Possession of a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Prior experience of 2+ years as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio of sample projects.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, with a plus for AE Scripting & 3D Softwares.
• A keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Organized and able to prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in animation software.
• Good knowledge of layouts, animation fundamentals, special effects, and typography.

• Proficiency in English (Verbal & Writing) is required.
• A decent command of both spoken and written Japanese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a plus.
