Job Description

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who will be responsible for the development and visualisation of engaging creative concepts, as well as technical execution of motion graphics and video editing for our original productions, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, websites, digital marketing materials, etc. You will work closely with the Product & Solutions, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver quality results and bring storyboards and scripts to life!
Responsibilities:
Design, conceptualise and produce storyboards, illustrations, animation and sample animatics, including music and voiceover.
Create new, as well as repurpose visual content to create motion graphics & videos for digital marketing campaigns, customer-facing product and solution videos, sales enablement videos, impactful corporate positioning videos for executive and management presentations.
Design and produce final motion graphics involving typography, photography, live video and/or 3D animation in various media formats.
Edit raw video footage and enhance production.
Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
Maintain digital files and ensure that projects are properly archived and structured
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
Contribute to organizational learnings and process improvement.
Research new design ideas, stay on top of new channels and digital social trends.
Continuously push the creative boundaries and love to test new ad formats with a focus on performance.
Qualifications
You will have the following skills and experience:
Proficient skill set across the following tools: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator, together with Cinema 4D.
Focused creative thinking while multitasking on several assignments and overlapping deadlines.
Strong understanding of design layout, graphics creation, colour correction and audio mixing.
Interest in new technology innovation.
Confident, self-driven with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Impeccable attention to detail, building clean, well-prepared files
Ability to follow style guides and consistent branding
Great organisational and project management skills
An eagerness to learn and upskill
Constructively contribute to team culture through positive attitude
