JOB PURPOSE
We are a team of in-house designers working at NHG College. Supporting the Digital Media Manager (NHG College), the Motion Graphics Designer/Video Editor is responsible for conceptualizing & creating moving images for digital platforms. Submission of a comprehensive video & motion design portfolio is a must to apply for this position.

Core Areas of Responsibilities

• Possess creative strength in conceptualizing & creating still visual design for motion graphics adaptation.
• Ability to create style frame design (storyboarding) in the form of sketches/illustration drawing for client\xe2\x80\x99s review.
• Post-editing of live-action footage & graphics sequence, with a flair in editing complex scenes/stories.
• Deliver media content that conforms to the specific standards for each media platform and applications. Proficient in rendering format/requirement.
• Assist in post-production management with stakeholders/crew.
• Develop e-learning/micro-learning digital media content that meets subject matter experts\xe2\x80\x99 objectives and requirement.
• Involve in hybrid production (virtual webinar/conference) event as producer & video programming controller.
• Support role as a camera operator during production filming/virtual live event.
• Support the team in running media training workshop
• Develop online teaching & learning materials for patient & healthcare education.

Design Management & Administration

• Involve in administrative work management that covers media project planning & scheduling.
• Communicate design brief with stakeholders & follow up closely on the deliverables.
• Support acquisition of media related hardware & software that involve procurement processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(a) Education/Training/Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Motion Graphics Design, Digital Media Design or equivalent (2-3 years job experience may apply)
• Professional experience in editing live-action video, motion-graphics & animation (2D) content
• A flair in motion-design and possess good post-production management capability
• Proficient in using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Proficient in using OBS Studio software for programming virtual live-events
• Experience in setting up virtual staging for webinar production
• Some experience in using Articulate 360 software will be advantageous
• Good design/project management skills with the ability to multi-task, and manage design projects in a cross functional environment
• Relevant past experience in supporting online training or working in education environment will be advantageous
• Prior experience working for video production house/projects would be an advantage
