Mon-Thu: 9:00am - 6:15pm Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm 1 Sat/month: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Job Responsibilities
Handle administrative tasks related to motor and general insurance. Liaise with insurers, customers, and internal teams for quotations, renewals, and issuance of policies. Update transactions and maintain accurate records in systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Manage motor insurance sales, handle email and phone enquiries. Process and coordinate insurance documentation efficiently. Ensure accuracy and quality in policy documents and customer deliverables. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum
O Level qualification
.Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, ComGI, PGI)
preferred. At least2 years of relevant insurance operations/processing experience
. Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.To facilitate in the job application, please include the following in the resume:-
