The Role

------------

We are hiring a

Motorcycle Rental Specialist / Executive / Supervisor

to manage daily rental operations and rider support in Singapore. This is a

high-responsibility role

for experienced operators who can manage the business independently, without training or close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Manage the

full rental process

: onboarding, agreements, deposits, payments, handovers, extensions, and returns. Provide

rider support

: handle breakdowns, accidents, insurance claims, and rider issues. Oversee

fleet compliance

: track servicing schedules, COE expiry, insurance renewals, and road tax. Maintain accurate

reporting & collections

in Google Sheets/CRM and ensure on-time payments. Handle

risk & recovery

: repossessions, stolen/missing bikes, and legal escalations.

Requirements

----------------

3-5 years proven experience

in motorcycle rental or fleet operations (hands-on). Track record in

accident handling, repossessions, stolen bike cases, arrears recovery

. Strong knowledge of

fleet compliance

(servicing intervals, insurance, COE, road tax). Skilled in

collections & arrears control

(weekly rentals, deposit/excess recovery, escalation). Familiar with

Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

, WhatsApp workflows, CRM dashboards, and GPS tracking tools. Familiarity with

motorcycle models used for delivery/rentals

(e.g. Yamaha Aerox, Nmax, Xmax, Honda ADV150, Wave). Fluent in

English

(written & spoken); other languages an advantage.

Independent and self-driven

-- able to manage full operations with minimal supervision.

SGD 2,500 - SGD 5,500 per month (basic + incentives). Incentives for
