Job Description
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years' experience in BPO (voice and chat support)- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers- Excellent in typing, phone and computer navigation- Deep sense of accountability and ownership of issues from start to finish- Experience in supporting digital streaming media and devices- Detail oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving- Amenable to work on a night shifting schedule- Temporary work from home arrangement (Stable internet connection is required | company provided PC)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
