Your role

As the Magnetic Resonance (MR) Services Commercial Leader, Growth Region, you will drive the business to secure profitable growth in line with our annual objectives and targets.

In doing so, from a growth perspective, you are responsible to generate local relevant activation of the value propositions with(in) the regions. Moreover, you lead the regional business unit planning and performance execution process in alignment with the regions, while you develop and enables execution of corrective actions to achieve regional AOP-commitments.

You are responsible for

  • The regional commercial planning and execution, monitor performance, develop and enable execution of corrective actions in the Regions to achieve Regional AOP-commitments (for Maintenance, Install Base and Professional Services Portfolio).
  • Partner with Region Business Leader, Market Services Leader to lead regional services plan handshake and ongoing performance management against plan with the regions.
  • Drive demand generation and ensure that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in regions.
  • Develop local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth.
  • Collecting and analyzing market size, ASP, volumes, market share, growth trends and margin performance to project future trends and develop relevant market approach.
  • Together with MR Services and Solutions Product Marketing team align on the portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available.
You are a part of

The MR Services Commercial Organization and the MR Regional Business Leader Organization. You will report into the Commercial Management Leader for MR Services & Solutions.

In the Commercial Management team, you will work closely with your Regional Counterparts and Product Marketing Managers.

The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a \xe2\x80\x9cself-starting\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cresults driven\xe2\x80\x9d mentality.

To succeed in this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
  • Preferably a Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business/ Economics and/or Marketing
  • 15 years of working experience with 5 - 10 years in a marketing or commercial role
  • Experience in services sales and/or marketing, preferably within the healthcare domain
  • Strong business management acumen with experience in P&L management
  • Ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs
  • Self-starting mentality, structured, analytically strong and results driven.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel
