Job Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Handle engine shop visit administrationo Creation of Sales Orderso Printing of scrap labels & updating of scrap labels monitoring charto Updating of SAESL Induction Readiness Chart (Daily)o Verify induction date daily in the morning before Pre-DOM meetingo Update engine sales order number once engine inducted.o Management of engine stand & MVP bag allocationso T1000 engine stand & MVP bag allocations + maintaining chart (Includes communications with RR)\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportso Download report for Customer Issues Logo Download SAP reports (VA45, OV50 & OV51)o Monitor office supplies inventory and place orderso Tracking & ordering of stationaries and corporate gifts\xc2\xb7 Performing of administrative and clerical duties for Customer Business Departmento Updating of CBE WIP Report (twice weekly)o Updating of Technical Summary Tracker (weekly)o Raise security clearance & update visitor logo Submission of OPM/forms revisionso Minutes for team meetingo Updating of customer information databaseo Supporting the identification of activities, measures and projects that are required in the wider business to support continuous improvement.\xc2\xb7 Update Weekly Gate 0 slideso RR Royalties sheet (try to do quarterly moving forward)o Ensure that Customer Business Excellence is delivered throughout the business.o Perform other related duties as assignedo Twice weekly printout of WIP engines for VP.Job Requirements\xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in any fieldFound an issue? to report.\xc2\xa9 2023 SAESL - Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited.
