About the JobAssist the Program Manager and/or Principal Project Executive in delivering Capability projects to its Intended benefit, On time, To cost and To the right Quality in compliance to SAESL's Strategy & PMO OPM.Responsibilities

• Lead low complexity projects
• Supports team in higher complexity projects
• Review project deadlines and budget with Program manager and other team members.
• Coordinating payments to subcontractors and vendors
• Maintaining and updating 3P Tool; in order to manage Project efficiently in line with OPM and meeting Audit Requirements
• Assist on project progress reports and make recommendations for ways to improve the project's progress
• Assist to analyze performance data to establish performance metrics
• Able to identify and develop risk mitigations
• To support Continuous Improvement initiatives to the function to improve the standards of Project Management and the role of the function in supporting the Department

Requirementsxc2xb7 Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, alternatively, Diploma in Engineering or Business with 3-5 year experience.xc2xb7 Aviation/Aerospace experience preferred.xc2xb7 MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, PowerBI)xc2xb7 Accreditation with a Project Management Body (e.g. PMI and/or APM) will be an advantage.xc2xb7 Familiarity with Component Repair processes will be a plus.xc2xb7 Experience in implementing technology projects will be a bonus.Position may be converted to permanent depending on individual performance and business needs.
