The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes: Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best in class engine turnaround times.

Job Summary
To support logistics operations by ensuring timely and accurate movement of engine parts and modules, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, and maintaining compliance with aviation shipping regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Forwarder Management: Track and evaluate forwarder performance to ensure service quality.
Invoice Resolution: Collaborate with Finance to resolve invoicing issues related to repairs and shipments.
Repair Discrepancy Handling: Address discrepancies in ARC, quantity, and part numbers; consolidate and report issues.
Procurement Support: Raise and close Purchase Orders (POs); manage related documentation and follow-ups.
Shipment Logistics: Arrange pickup and delivery of repaired parts and engines with forwarders, Test Cell, and Power-Plant teams.
Documentation: Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Packing Operations: Assist in packing and unpacking shipments when necessary.
Working Relationships
Internal: All departments within SAESL.
External: Repair vendors and freight forwarders.
Qualification/Experience
Min. Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management or equivalent Prior experience in aviation logistics, particularly in handling repair vendor coordination and invoice issues.
Basic understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP, MS Office tools
