The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best in class engine turnaround times.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the receiving, kitting and traceability of the parts coming into kitting area
In charge of the Engine/Module being assigned to, and to ensure Kitting/Picking of assigned parts are completed and cleared in time
Supporting all scheduled / ad-hoc requests of Operations needs involving parts movement required for build/repair within the facility
Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and promote a safe working environment
Quality Assurance: Ensure parts received meet all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards; To report and escalate as and when required
Attendance and Discipline : Providing timely updates to Leaders on attendance for accountability propose per Employee handbook
Operations (i) - Working on the tasked assigned for the day (Pick / Kit / Build Prep / Pack) per assigned within the targeted timeframe as much as possible
Operations (ii) - Focusing on Engine/Module being specifically assigned to be cleared for the shift per Brick Plans and build line up
Operations (iii) - Provide reports, updates on readiness status of assigned Engines / Modules to Crew Supervisor, Associate Manager/Manager.
Operations (iv) - Working with Crew supervisor to support Ops Build requirement as well as receiving parts into Kitting within a targeted time frame
Operations (v) - Perform ZMKIT in SAP function upon receiving the item for traceability and accountability purpose
Operations (vi) - To support retrieval of parts for urgent ad-hoc requests of Reversal of Spares/Parts for Urgent/EOB requests from Production
Quality / Safety / Audit Support - Assisting and Supporting requirements any ad-hoc requests from HSE/Quality team on shift as required
External Warehouse Management - Work on/Assisting facilize the parts to be sent to External Warehouse for Storage, monitor movement and activate retrieval actions as and when required
Accountability and Handover: To provide updates / handover for next crew (Person In Charge) to follow up for assigned Engines/Module/Repair if any
Qualification/Experience
Minimum GCE "N" Levels or equivalent with minimum 2 years with relevant logistic working experience
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good team player with positive job attitude
Proficiency in MS office applications preferred
Able to operate Forklift / have a valid forklift license would be advantageous
