:
As an D365 techno functional consultant, you are outgoing, dedicated and responsible. You thrive on taking the initiative and actively communicate at different levels, depending on the target audience. Your approach is analytical, proactive and pragmatic which you are expected to take ownership of tasks. You are a multi-skilled person, handling both technical and functional tasks. You possess an excellent understanding and knowledge of the core Microsoft Dynamics 365 retail modules and have relevant technical hardware/application experience. You can translate this knowledge into pragmatic and sustainable POS solutions of high quality, in accordance with business requirements. You are responsible for supporting all business units with AX / D365 related issues/matters reported via ticket system, email or by phone. You can prioritize workload, meet project deadlines, and achieve results. Additionally, you will assist with assessments, estimates and recommendations for the prioritization of change requests and post-support together with the business owners. Technical

• Perform configurations as well as communicating customization requirements with technical team
• Able to work in tandem with functional consultants, business-users and technical team members.
• Writing technical descriptions, fixing code for bugs, create data fixes, unit testing of code, code reviews, moving code for release etc.
• Provide guidance on usage of OOTB features and provide technical design or develop/customize solution approach for identified business gaps

Functional

• Work closely with ERP Architect on regional ERP post-support and implementation (Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce, Omni-channel)
• Cooperation with global AX / D365 Team (EU) to actively escalate any issues to our AX / D365 Vendor and/or Microsoft, if deemed necessary.
• Gather business requirements and support end users
• Perform configuring system, running user trainings and driving workshops
• Ensure that the organization implement a complete solution that meet their business needs and lead the project throughout the development and the support phases

Requirements

• Strong experience on Microsoft ERP products like Navision, AX 2012 or D365, X++ development, Azure DevOps and hands-on experience on integrations
• Strong experience of working on full life cycle implementations
• 2+ years experience in Retail Industry
• Good written & verbal skills in English
• Innovative and proactive in solving problems and improving processes/tools
• Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with positive work attitude
• Experience with JIRA and working in Agile teams is an advantage
