• Provide L2 & L3 network operations support
• Respond to incident calls and ensure service level agreements to clients are met
• Perform changes to network that are in line with organisation\xe2\x80\x99s Change Management processes
• Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards from both internal and clients\xe2\x80\x99 organisation
• Prepare network analysis reports including findings with analysis
• Participate in projects and/or activities to support improvement initiatives
• Conduct proper handover from project team to operations after commissioning of projects
• Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team
• Update operations documentation i.e. technical, CMDB etc.

• Diploma in Engineering/IT or any relevant field
• Must be Cisco CCNP certified
• Must have hands-on experience in Cisco ACI
• Exposure working with Bluecoat Proxy, F5 Load Balancer, Palo Alto, Checkpoint firewall
• At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience providing network operational and administration support for Cisco products i.e routers, switches, WLAN
• Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols
• Knowledge in network security, load balancing and optimisation technologies
• Experience in network automation via scripting (e.g. Python, Ruby) or tools (e.g. Ansible, Algosec, Chef)
• Able to work extended hours and perform standby duty after office hours when required
