The primary job responsibilities will be driving new CMP process development and transfer in the module, to lead process and yield/defect density improvement, and to provide technical leadership by guiding and coaching the team.Your JobDedicated for process development and improvement, to off-load most technical responsibilities from module managers and provide training to young talents.In charge of new process development and transfer in each module.Lead process improvement, include yield/defect density improvement in each moduleProvide technical leadership, guide and coach the process team in each moduleShows mastery and breadth of a technical discipline and is recognized within Company as an emerging key authority in his/her field.Contributes to advances of the state of the art and the company\xe2\x80\x99s technical position.Solves problems requiring cutting edge approaches, establishes and teaches problem solving methodologies and champions innovation across the organization.Leading inventor on several patents.First author on several publications with some citations.Leads multidisciplinary projects or initiatives with high impact on the company\xe2\x80\x99s success.Coaches and mentors experienced staff.Leads cross-functional teams across sites.Required Qualifications:PhD/Master\xe2\x80\x99s/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in wafer fabrication CMP process.Broad and deep knowledge of technologies & contribution to market deployment strategy and customer acceptance.Good interpersonal and communication skillsGood analytical and project management skillsGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
