:Our Client is a well-established multinational cargo leader. With the expansion of the team, they are looking for a Multi Skilled Developer ((Qlik Sense, Cognos & Snowflake) to join the team.Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance BI & Analytics solutions in Qlik Sense / Cognos Reporting

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders for BI & Analytics needs

• Analyze technical feasibility for Qlik Sense design and analyze impact of technical design

• Creating the necessary functional and design documentation for all the BI dashboards and Cognos reporting

• Support the deployment of Qlik Sense & Cognos production support releases

• Participate in design, planning and testing when there is an infrastructure upgrade impacting BI solutions.

• Perform troubleshooting and debugging\\, including source code analysis, to resolve issues reported on BI solutions.

• Create, test, and implement enterprise-level apps with Snowflake

• Design and implement features for identity and access management

• Create authorization frameworks for better access control

• Implement novel query optimization, major security competencies with encryption

• Solve performance issues and scalability issues in the system

• Transaction management with distributed data processing algorithms

• Build, monitor, and optimize ETL and ELT processes with data models

• Understand and implement the latest delivery approaches based on data architecture

• Project documentation and tracking based on understanding user requirements

• Manage documentation of data models, architecture, and maintenance processes

• Continually review and audit data models for enhancement

• Maintenance of ideal data pipeline based on ETL tools

• Coordination with BI experts and analysts for customized data models and integration

• Code updates, new code development, and reverse engineering

• Performance tuning, user acceptance training, application support

• Perform Risk assessment, management, and mitigation plans

• Regular engagement with teams for status reporting and routine activities

• Migration activities from one database to another or on-premises to cloud

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and enhancing BI & Analytics solutions, with a strong focus on Qlik Sense and Cognos Reporting.

• Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to effectively address BI & Analytics needs.

• Proven ability to conduct technical feasibility analysis for BI designs, focusing on evaluating the impact of technical decisions on system performance.

• Proficient in Qlik Sense and Cognos Reporting, with experience in creating comprehensive functional and design documentation for BI dashboards.

• Extensive experience in deploying and supporting Qlik Sense and Cognos production environments, including troubleshooting, debugging, and source code analysis.

• Expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-level applications using Snowflake.

• Advanced understanding of identity and access management systems, including the design and implementation of authorization frameworks for enhanced security.

• Strong background in query optimization, data encryption, and transaction management within distributed data processing systems.

• In-depth knowledge of ETL and ELT processes, with hands-on experience in building, monitoring, and optimizing these processes to support robust data models.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to resolve complex performance and scalability issues.

• Expertise in conducting risk assessments, managing risks, and developing mitigation plans for BI and data-related projects.

• Capable of performing regular audits of data models and pipelines to ensure continuous enhancement and optimal performance.

• Experienced in project documentation and tracking, with the ability to translate user requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

• Proven capability to manage and maintain documentation for data models, architecture, and maintenance processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Skilled in executing migration activities, including database migrations and transitions from on-premises to cloud environments.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to regularly engage with cross-functional teams for status reporting and routine activities.

• Experienced in coordinating with BI experts and analysts to develop customized data models and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

• Strong ability to support user acceptance testing, application support, and performance tuning to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Familiarity with the latest data delivery approaches based on modern data architecture principles.

• Solid knowledge of security best practices related to encryption and access control.
